Welcome to Meadow Creek at Manalapan, New Jersey. Meadow Creek is comprised of Townhouses, this section of the complex known as The “Villages”, along with large/larger Single Family detached homes commonly known as The “Estates”. In getting you up to speed, let’s touch on The “Villages” for starters. All of these Townhomes are multi-level, offering 2-3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathroom, some with, some without Basements and either one or two Car Garages. At inception, there were 4 home styles to choose from: The Williams, The Temple, The Rutgers and The Purdue ranging from just under 2,200 Sq/Ft. to just over 1,800 Sq/Ft. respectively. These homes showcase dramatic, vaulted family rooms with gas fireplaces, spacious designer kitchens, formal living rooms, dining rooms and private master bedroom suites. The “Villages” section of Meadow Creek equates to 300, finely crafted homes.

The “Estate” homes section of Meadow Creek is comprised of 220 Single Family detached homes. The home styles offer all the flexibility a growing family could want, a formal living room and dining room, family room which offered an optional fire place, even extra windows at inception with a free flowing floor plan, a nicely appointed, fully featured Kitchen, Buyers seemingly happy with the airiness, state-of-the art functionality.

Some homes offered a breakfast nook with optional center island, simply affording a comfortable layout for family gatherings. All The “Estate” homes offered 4 Bedrooms, with the Washington Model offering an option for a 5th, 2.5/3 Bathrooms, a Basement (some walkout), 2 Car Garage and a comfortably sized property. The 6 models range in size from approximately 2,400 Sq/Ft. to 3,500 Sq/Ft. with all offering variations at inception on floor plans, options, amenities in allowing for one’s personal touches to accommodate any given lifestyle or preference.

The Clubhouse, common amenities afforded at Meadow Creek feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, meeting rooms, large greeting area with fireplace lounge, a small bar area, billiard/gaming room, general use area, administrative offices and ample parking. Outdoors, one will find the clubhouse swimming pool, kids pool, walking/jogging paths, basketball court, a tennis court and playground designations for children, all inclusive within the reasonably priced association fees. Village Road, part of the Meadow Creek complex separates The “Villages” from The “Estates” while offering easy of access to the community from either Woodward Road or Millhurst Road. For those with children in mix, they will attend the Clark Mills & Wemrock Brook Elementary Schools, Manalapan-Englishtown Middle School and the Freehold Regional High School District.

Meadow Creek is certainly conveniently located, shopping/service venues found along the Route 9 corridor, with no shortage of open space adding the areas rural appeal, perhaps most notably, Battle Ground State Park. Area highlights would include Freehold Raceway Mall, Freehold Raceway Park affording the opportunity to experience the grace and majesty of thoroughbred trotters. I would be remiss in not mentioning, the Manalapan Recreation Center, it’s primary focus of weekend activities and organized sports. Situated across from the high school, the township municipal complex and post office, the center is comprised of 193 acres, synonymous with soccer fields, baseball diamonds, volleyball, tennis, basketball courts and of course, plenty of open space and close proximity to the Jersey Shore.

Meadow Creek is situated on the border of Middlesex & Monmouth Counties, perhaps not the most commuter friendly of locations, but there does exist NYC bus service along the Route 9 corridor, the trip running about 90 minutes to Manhattan. Express NJ Transit train service is available at the South Amboy, Matawan or Princeton Junction train stations, all about a 25 minute drive from Meadow Creek. Kindly know, setting up parking will be a bit of a challenge at all of these locations. Obviously, driving is an option, as the bird flies just over 50 miles, with drive times totally dependant upon when one’s day starts.Want more information! Wouldn’t you like to know before you fall in love with a home,… that a good portion of the property shows a conservation easement, that the in-ground pool you had planned on adding,… ain’t happening?

Often times, the big home search websites leave out important, relevant information such as square footage, current property taxes, days on the market, if the property was listed previously, while doing my best to find it why it did not sell.

I will also check to see if the property is a potential bank owned/short sale scenario. I’ll visit the municipality on your behalf if need be, checking for any open permits, which in some instances, could be a deal killer at the very last minute. Also, if necessary, I will contact a local title company to see if there are any open judgments or liens on the property (on a case by case basis). On top of all this, I will take additional photos of the home (if permitted) and email them to you, visually telling the home’s, ENTIRE story.
